Abstract

Phraseology has been sufficiently studied in the linguistics of Turkic languages, including Uzbek and Kazakh, from the point of view of literary language, but dialectal phraseology, especially the use of dialectal phraseology in dialects of Turkic languages, has not been comparatively studied. In the presented article, this problem is studied on the example of the use of the Uzbek and Kazakh languages in the Uzbek and Kazakh dialects of the Upper Chirchik district. It covers the study of idioms in the Uzbek and Kazakh dialects, the composition of dialectal idioms, their features that differ from the literary language, and the issue of word choice in them.
