In this article, the economic nature and meaning of the concepts of "innovation", "innovative activity", models of implementation of innovative activity, the main directions of management of innovative activity, determination of priorities among innovative projects for their financing, in order to provide high-quality service in auditing. ways, factors of development of innovative entrepreneurship in the service sector, classification of types of innovation, methodological bases of introducing innovations and description of strategic innovation were researched.
