As culture is considered a difficult concept with its sensitivity and unintentional stereotypes in ESL classrooms, it is recommended that learners determine cross-cultural differences from their native culture to the culture of their target language., Most of students face difficulties with face-threatening speech acts, including refusals, apologies and providing recommendation because it is highly possible for them to damage someone’s public image by doing.
