Abstract

Maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalarida maktabgacha ta'limni tashkil etishda pedagoglar hal qiluvchi rol o'ynaydi. ularning asosiy mas'uliyati yosh bolalarning har tomonlama rivojlanishiga ko'maklashish va qiziqarli va qo'llab-quvvatlovchi o'quv muhitini yaratishdir. Pedagoglar rivojlanishga mos keladigan tadbirlarni rejalashtiradilar va amalga oshiradilar, ijtimoiy va hissiy o'sishni rag'batlantiradilar va kognitiv va jismoniy rivojlanishni rag'batlantiradilar. Shuningdek, ular ota-onalar va tarbiyachilar bilan samarali muloqot qilish va farzandining ta'lim olishida ishtirok etishni ta'minlash uchun ishlaydi. Pedagogik nazariyalar va metodologiyalarni qo'llash orqali pedagoglar maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalarida erta bolalik ta'limining umumiy sifati va muvaffaqiyatiga hissa qo'shadilar.
