Abstract
Doimiy o'zgarib turadigan bozor sharoitida samarali boshqaruvsiz kompaniyaning muvaffaqiyatli ishlashi mumkin emas. Globallashuv va jahon iqtisodiy makoniga integratsiyalashuv jarayonlarining kuchayishi, tovarlar va xizmatlarning hayot aylanishining tezlashishi; raqobatning kuchayishi marketing muhitidagi beqarorlikka va natijada kompaniya faoliyatidagi noaniqlik darajasining oshishiga olib keladi.
