Breathing Technique in Musical Theater Actors and its Impact on Speech
Abstract
This article thoroughly examines the breathing technique of musical theater actors and its impact on stage speech. The harmony of vocal and dramatic speech in musical theater is achieved through breathing techniques, and the significance of this technique in the creative process is analyzed. Additionally, information is provided on methods for expressing emotions, controlling the voice, and achieving artistic expressiveness through breathing techniques. The article highlights, through an analytical approach, how breathing techniques assist during physical movements on stage, stress, and intense emotional loads. It demonstrates the necessity of breathing techniques for enhancing the professional skills of a musical theater actor.
