Эндометриоидные кисты яичников (ЭКЯ) являются наиболее распространенной формой наружно – генитального эндометриоза. Эндометриоз, как причина бесплодия, занимает второе место после воспалительных заболеваний матки и придатков. До 40% больных ЭКЯ сталкиваются с проблемами бесплодия [1,2]. Связь эндометриоза с бесплодием была доказана рядом ученых еще более 20 лет назад [2,4]. Однако до настоящего времени точного механизма развития бесплодия при ЭКЯ не установлено. Лапароскопия признана «золотым стандартом» в лечении доброкачественных образований яичников. Однако, частота наступления беременности после оперативного лечения колеблется от 20% до 50% в первый год после операции и снижается на 4% каждый последующий год [3].

Интерстициал пневмониянинг кечиши кўпинча атипик бўлиб, тез ривожланади ва ўткир дистресс синдром каби оғир асоратлар билан кечади. Ҳозирги вақтда Европада ИЎФ билан касалланган 120 мингта бемор бор ва ҳар йили 40 мингга яқин ҳолат аниқланади. Шифокорларнинг 80% и ўпка фиброзига ташхис қўйишда адашишади. Нафас олиш системаси касалликлари орасида ўпка фиброзининг учраш фоизи 27,3 % ни ташкил этади. Антифибротик терапия касалланганларнинг 9,5 % да ижобий нарса кўрсатган.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF COMPUTER SYSTEM USERS' BEHAVIOR

The large-scale use of computer technology in almost all spheres of human activity has brought more and more attention to the user himself. Knowledge of what actions he performs (or should perform) can be applied in different areas, for example, in security systems, to create a personalized environment for users and so on. Therefore, the task of building models of user behavior of computer systems is relevant. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive user model consisting of interactive and session parts, which in both models to detect deviations from the usual take into account, respectively, dynamic and statistical properties of user behavior for expected user behavior neural networks are used. Thus, the interactive model is based on predicting user commands based on previous commands. Since the choice of neural network architecture is a non-trivial task, it is important to know how much its current behavior depends on the pre-history. In the case of the session-based model, there is a problem with the sample size that is used to train the neural network. The fact is that when the training set size is small, the neural network tends to memorize images locally, which is undesirable. In the session model, the input to the neural network is the data collected during the session as a whole. Accordingly, the size of the training set is directly determined by the number of sessions during which the user's activity was monitored. However, even over a long period of time, this data will not be sufficient for qualitative training of the neural network. Therefore, it is very important to provide a more representative sample of data in the session model for qualitative training of the neural network.

Students need to speak English proficiently to communicate effectively. Students that struggle to communicate in English will find it challenging to express themselves during class activities. In this case, role-play is an effective way of improving speaking skill of Law University students. Students get the chance to demonstrate proper language functions in the roles and situations they are assigned through role-play. The outcomes of the research demonstrated that the roleplay has a big impact on how well students talk.

Different Methods for Developing Speaking Skills of Students

Foreign language students may face difficulties in developing speaking skills due to the reasons of lacking the opportunity to speak, the inhibition or enxity, and lacking the motivation to study. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of Experiential Learning Method as an effort to solve such problems. Thus, there were two objectives in this study which were to examine the difference of speaking achievement on the use of Experiential Learning Method and to find out the students’ responses toward the method. The sample was taken by using random sampling from the population of the first grade students at SMAN1 Banda Aceh in the 2019/2020 academic year. Two classes were taken as the sample, each for experimental class and control class. The data were analyzed by using t-test through SPSS for speaking test and percentage for questionnaire. The result showed that Experiential Learning Method was more effective than conventional method (teacher centred) to teach speaking. Also, the students had a quite positive response to the use of Experiential Learning Method in their speaking class. It can be concluded that the Experiential Learning Method provides a positive contribution for the development of the students’ speaking performance.
