Abstract

The results showed that 82% of patients had signs of stagnation of venous blood of the brain, the manifestation of which depends on the severity of the disease. Against the background of standard cardiotherapeutic treatment, as a result of the use of the drug L-lysine escinate, there was a decrease in the ratio of venous blood flow on the rheoencephalogram and a decrease in the frequency of "venous waves". This suggests that the use of the drug L-lysine escinate in patients with chronic heart failure has a positive effect on cerebral venous hemodynamics.
